Our PCBA factory S-TUODA was established in EMS (Electronics Manufacturing Services) field since 2001, which plant area about 12,000 sq. meters. We have more than 200 workers, and about 50% workers have over 10 years working experience. We are PCBA processing center of SMT / IMT/ AI Assembly /production.
We provide OEM/ODM PCBA service as well as turnkey projects, which used in AC power protection, air-conditioner, player /game machine, digital photo frame, power supply and other office equipment etc.,
Meanwhile, we specialize in LED products design, development and manufacturing, include: LED tubes, LED bulbs, LED street lights and rigid & flexible LED strip etc.,
We have 6 SMT production lines, 8 AI (automatic inserting) machines and 4 MI (manual inserting) production lines, and each department production capacity (points/month) about : SMT 200 mil. , AI 40 mil. , and IMT 8 mil.
